We all have to sleep, but we do it so differently. Some people only need five or six hours of sleep a night, while others need at least ten. Some people determine their sleep cycle by the rising and setting of the sun, while others go to bed late and wake up late the following day. Sleep experts say you shouldn't keep your phone or TV on when you're trying to fall asleep, but many people find it difficult to doze off without them. Are you the type of person who's an early bird ready to tackle the day every morning, or are you the kind that tosses and turns and feels more tired in the morning than when you went to bed?

Although different people need different amounts of sleep every night, everyone needs at least some sleep. The longer you go without shuteye, the more harm you do to your body. If you go for 24 hours without sleep, you may become moody and experience memory issues. At 36 hours, your blood pressure can suddenly spike, and you may start feeling dizzy. By the time you've gone two days without sleep, you might feel like you're constantly panicking. On day three of no rest, some people start to suffer from hallucinations. On day four, without slumber, your body is on the verge of a nervous breakdown; many people suffer from a loss of inhibition. At some point, your body will succumb to the trauma and will make you fall asleep. It's believed the longest a human can stay awake is for about eleven days. A good night's sleep will help your body heal from some of the damage, but some experts think staying awake for too long could cause permanent damage.
How to Play?
Our personality quizzes are set up a little differently than your basic trivia quiz, but you’ve probably seen their kind around. Rather than having to choose the right answer from a list of multiple choice options, in this case, there is no “right answer”! (Two plus two will always be four, but every Golden Girls character is equally awesome.)
So, stop stressing. Just click on the answer that suits you best, and enjoy the ride. These quizzes are just for fun but who knows – you might just learn something about yourself along the way!
